Tasca La Picadita

Caught the bus to see the old town on a Saturday. Wandered around looking for a place to eat. First location we were told all the tables were fully booked. Kept on wandering. Found this restaurant empty, seemed strange as it was in a good location then realised it was a few minutes before they opened! Very friendly waiter let us order a couple of glasses of wine while they prepared the restaurant. Within a few minutes it had filled with locals. Went for the bean and chorizo soup and the ham hock. Big portions tasted wonderful. Had some more wine…we can highly recommend this place

We stopped here for some lunch in the sun and had beautiful tapas. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Would definitely visit again. The smoked grilled cheese was fab
