Del Azul Bistro& Sushibar - Las Grutas

Food prepared from the cook, with special care. That was the best seafood I went! Chef is present with the customer. Services perfect!! And food from gods. I really recommend it!

We had already arrived at his former joint (La Raspa) to the chef Leo Perazzoli, so we were delighted to visit his new place. The decoration strongly reminds La Raspa, with blue tones and sea-related, beautiful paintings. The next thing you see positive is the open kitchen, but without a trace of food odour reaches the seating area. The menu is written in a table in the wall and can be read by any table. I agree with other critics that Sushi was great, and everything else we had (Rabas, shrimp, pork and berries for dessert) was served with excellent quality and diligent. The price was absolutely reasonable and it is worth noting that there was no fee for the “servicio de mesa”, although we were received with a delicious garlic mayonnaise and a sorted bread basket. We look forward to the return!!

Nice preparation, good service, good food except for the thawed out salmon. Fresh would have been so much better. Same for the shrimp...

Excellent product! Can’t be missed . Really a jewel in Las Grutas. It is located on the 1st floor at the shopping mall. Good atmosphere and good food. The chef is always around. Friendly staff.

The menu is written up in a blackboard in the wall and can be read from every table. I agree with other reviewers saying that sushi was great, and everything else we had (rabas, shrimp, pork and berries for dessert) was of excellent quality and diligently served.
