Wendy's - Las Cruces

Was just there when it wasn?t busy with a full staff. The girl in the front has no idea how to multi task. There was a 4 top in the restaurant that just ordered, the cooks were waiting to make something and I had a large order. The girl in the front couldn?t at least let them know to get started on burgers because I had to wait 10 minutes to place an order. She needs to be retrained or back with the cooks because she has zero customer service. ????

We had take out here with two different salads which were phenomenal a baked potato and two vanilla frosties and all I can say is superior service and wonderful food!

Horrible service! I?ve gone at different times throughout the day with weeks or months in between and it?s always the same, bad service. When you speak to a manager they are rude about it.

What a joke this place is. First, I tried to place a side order for pick-up over the phone which they said they couldn't do. I was told I had to place it in person or place it over the internet. So next, I tried to place it over the internet three times, and their website kept placing different side orders! Go to McDonald's or Burger King!!

Shockingly rude staff that cussed me out and flipped me off as I was leaving. I don't eat out often but when I do I usually go for Wendy's. They are expensive and usually quality...I will never go to this store again. Calling corporate tomorrow...!
