One word.Wow ?My husband had the Brisket breakfast burrito and I had the same breakfast burrito with no meat. Both were 10/10. They suggested we have the salsa with it and it was an excellent choice!!I have not eaten an entire burrito in over 10 years. To me they are never worth the stomach upset or just the overall “lethargic” feel afterwards.I do have a gluten sensitivity so I have to be very careful and selective of what I eat. I have missed burritos because they do not make good flour tortillas and they make me feel unwell afterwards. Not this time. I did take off some tortilla but just could not stop eating it.This was not only filling and satisfying but I definitely don’t feel lethargic or anything!We both feel refueled and gave a look to each other to acknowledge that this was “best idea ever”.My husband and I are driving through from east coast to west coast and had the pleasure of visiting this amazing spot.We camped out overnight in Las Cruces and didn’t have many options when heading out for breakfast.I saw a few of the pictures and took a chance on it based on ratings..Do yourself a favor and check out this cool little spot !!Definitely will tell people about this place and come by if we come through this area again !!

Location is at a small airport, not a big one. Just drive up and park right by the building about a 20-second walk, and as soon as you walking it's the restaurant. Everything was great, they have many different sauces i liked the sweet and smokey one, this place was lively with many people gathering and chatting about their hobbies they have gatherings here for pilots, car enthusiasts, and motorcycle enthusiasts as well.

Didn't expect much. Extremely pleasantly surprised. Staff were extremely courteous and the sausage and brisket were highly flavorful. Sauce: sweet and smoky delicious. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
