High Desert Brewing Co. - Las Cruces

This restaurant is fantastic. They have a great selection of beer that is well-priced. The nachos here are the best I've ever had, but be warned, the portions are huge. A small order can easily feed two people. They also offer a large variety of sandwiches and appetizers at great prices and high quality.

The food at this brewpub was above average, with the Reubens being particularly tasty. However, we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for our dinners. The burgers were good but small, and the nachos were a generous portion, although some chips at the bottom had no toppings. The beers varied in quality, but overall were decent. Our server tried her best, but unless the kitchen gets more help, we may not return.

The beer was excellent and the patio was lovely, but there were a lot of flies. My waiter was attentive and pleasant. However, my bratwurst arrived cold in the middle. When I mentioned this, the waiter offered to warm it up but ended up taking away my plate with the fries I was enjoying and only brought back the bratwurst. Although I didn't ask for it, he ended up comping it from my bill. Overall, my experience was a mix of good and not so good. If you're looking for a place to just enjoy some beer, this may be the spot for you.

Veggie burger is made with iron. they have a hummus plate, but they were made of hummus.

Great option in a city without many options. the server was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even mentions that they have vegans on the personal so that the veggie burger is tried and tested. it was delicious, though a little mudy, like homemade veggie burger tend to be. the animals we ordered were also super good!
