On holiday in the valley of the ossau and after a mountain ride, we decide to take a drink and eat a small gauffre/glace on the village square. Our choice is on this little bistro. And then things get complicated:- very cold reception, we really don't feel like disturbing.-It's 15:35 and we're immediately told that they just finished the lunch service (which we obviously conceive) and that we don't arrive at the right time. -the bar displays the sticker "ticket restaurant", we ask by courtesy if they accept them. We're being told that we are, but we have to eat. Which makes sense. -We tell the waitress that we want a waffle and the one here tells us that the waffles are only to taste it.! and it's 15:40..While we tell this unfriendly waitress that we're ready to come back a little later...Then we tell us that she's going to revive the waffle on a daggering tone! everything was good.-when I paid, my wife takes out her restaurant tickets and the waitress makes the mo, telling us she doesn't know if they're valid! And if she's gonna accept them! what it is obliged to do if it informs its customers, by displaying the logo ticket restaurant! It's gonna have to review the right of consumption.-so a grim discussion and my wife decides to pay by cb to cut short. This is our worst experience in trade. you have to look at all the basics: smile, want to satisfy the need of the customer and otherwise review the rights of the consumers!. Otherwise, you simply have to change the way!!!. avoid so.
After a hike of 15 km, very good address.We were very surprised by the menu at 13€.. incredible!!! very good, very well served. to recommend without hesitation
Lamentable welcome, painful impression of boring the boss and her daughter. the menu entry has 13 euros served as at the "cantoche" in a stainless steel ramequin. the paste of the supermarket and the tristounette bed. Dried fries and a homemade pie reminding me of the one made by my 10-year-old daughter. short pass your way!
Warm welcome, the boss has forced us to install ourselves on the terrace history of serving as bait for other tourists.And this on a slightly friendly tone followed by a long service and an industrial menu. We who love this region and attend the center of the village, it will be the first and last time we will be the guests of this café.
