We came to family lunch. One without fault! We were touched by the warm and sincere welcome, listening, professional. Indeed, the setting and authentic view of the mountains are magnificent. The dishes are excellent both in the quality of the honored regional products and in the perfectly controlled cuisine and the combination of flavors. We'll be back!

This day we spent a very pleasant time in Etchemity. Everything was perfect: warm welcome, succulent meals, beautiful setting inside and outside with views of the valley. I had a very good time in this hotel. The room was pretty classic. The restaurant was great, really good. If you want to eat well, don’t hesitate. The dishes were not expected while the restaurant was full. We don't know how oppressed. We really feel professionalism and respect. And so the excellent, attentive, professional staff, available. I found that the warm atmosphere and staff availability have completely caused this stay to be capsized in a good stay. It is a pleasure and it is important to emphasize. Thank you.
