The Mishawaka - Larimer County

We drove an hour to check this place out. We were met with feeling like we were not welcome by the three women at the door. The food was good and the bartender Meg was phenomenal. There was another woman who attempted to take our food as she saw we were still eating and made sure to make a comment every time she passed as if we an an inconvenience . Will definitely not be returning.

Walk into this place with reservations for a table on the patio over looking the river keep in mind I did this reservation 2 weeks ago and when I walked in with my wife and brother and his wife we weren’t treated like bottom of the class we came all the way out from Durango Colorado hoping to have a very relaxing night listening to music AT THIS Amphitheater that was not even playing any kinda music I give this place a -3 star review if they treat anyone like I was treated I am sorry this was The worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant the hostess was rude. The waitress should not even have a job there. End of the owner is OK with the way. These people are treating their customers this place should be shut down absolute garbage. Do not waste your time.

Amazing waitress!!!! Excellent venue right on the river! Food is good! We never have a problem paying for high quality and unique atmosphere HOWEVER we were not impressed by the fact that since this is the ‘busy time' that we had to use porta-potties that were nearly full and had no toilet paper. We have no shame using a porta-potty but when they are full and not taken care of, a $90 meal suddenly wasn't as quality. We have been coming to the Poudre for over 12 years. Will consider coming back but won't go out of our way.

I was working in Colorado some time back and found this was the only place for food in that area. I paid $20 for a burger and ate it by the river. It was the BEST burger I have eaten aside from the ones I cook myself. It was worth it for the experience. I specifically looked up this road through the canyon to save some spots I had visited on GPS and leave a review for this place. It is expensive but worth saving up for. I hope to come back again one day.

Overpriced food and the service is something to be ashamed of. Our waiter might have come to the table twice and the first time was to take our order! He was very slow and didn't bother to refill our drinks or ask if we wanted cocktails with our meal. Won't be back for the dexor alone!. Also, the fees they charge on top of the bill are ludicrous at best. Kitchen fee? canyon fee? lol Overhyped is a good word for this place.
