Pizza Hut - Largo

Order was supposed to be ready in less than 20 minutes and they were supposed to bring it out to the car when I pulled up. I waited 40 minutes and finally went inside. They said they missed that they were supposed to bring out to the car. I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid $2 more for that. The manager said they were out of stuffed crust and offered a twenty-five cent refund, even though I paid $2. That made no sense. I finally Saud cancel the order and refund the whole thing. The manager said ok . I had to ask for a receipt for the refund, he finally gave it to me but it was not for the same amount. I am not convinced he refunded it. He never apologized for the mess up. Horrible experience. Won 't be back.

I wish zero stars would be an option. pizza and wing ordered today at 19:55 clock, delivery confirmation for 20:13 clock. at 8:55 a.m., after we waited very patiently for our dinner, we called to inform us about the status of our delivery and said that they can not deliver our food, but we could pick it up even though we ordered it for delivery and it was sitting under a heating lamp for at least 45 minutes. absolutely unacceptable! do not order from this place!

Absolutely best pizza hut I was even there! Eating was AH-MAZING! amazing, really caring and friendly workers and exceptional customer service. they are the best! only now. many thanks for the consistency of delicious pizza and sweet tasty excellent customer service! you're the best!

I called a delivery order today at 20 o'clock and a girl answered the phone that she was very rude when I asked about the specials. I asked her to repeat her self-realization, she was so fast I could not understand what she said, and she grabbed my saying hexe part not f......ING understand how I thought. very unprofessional. we will never order from here again, and those who on holiday they will save their money and time .not it worth very bad moods.
