We visited the restaurant for ice cream and smoothies, but it took over 30 minutes to receive just 4 scoops of ice cream and 2 smoothies. One of the smoothies was inedible and appeared as if it had been eaten and then regurgitated. The staff seemed completely clueless about their tasks. There were only six customers in the entire place, yet four employees were working. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when a staff member with an unusual mustache informed me that I couldn't add donut holes to my order at the window due to store policy. The place was completely empty—there was no one else in line or inside. I was simply trying to add an order of donut holes, and it felt like a missed opportunity for the business. The employee seemed quite proud of his refusal to accommodate me, which came off as arrogant. Unfortunately, it feels like that kind of attitude could really damage a local business.

The drive-in service for a simple cup of coffee was extremely slow. The coffee itself was good, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered a banana split only to realize they didn't have half the ingredients. It's a disgrace to advertise what you don't actually have in stock!!

Very disappointed. paid $9.75 for a 3 scoop sundae with strawberry sauce. scoops were small and did not get strawberry sauce... so it wasnt a sundae just 3 small scoops of ice cream. Never again
