Whataburger - Laredo

Good price, great service. Whattaburger remains my top rated Fast Food restaurant!!!

WORSE MANAGER EVER. Food was fine but our soda had no syrup, we asked if they can check it and they just gave us the same soda. we asked again and the manager told us that’s the way it comes so we asked for Dr Pepper and she said it’s going to be the same thing. Then she’s asked us “ so what do you want?” With the worst attitude!! So We just asked for a refund for our drink and she snatched the receipt out of our hand.We told her that as a manager she should be more accommodating and that she was rude. She processed to tell us that she’s not rude and that this is the first complaint she had in seventeen years and laughed in our face. She could not even apologize right. She was trying to close the window in our face as we were talking to her. She’s was so inappropriate and should not be a manager. The worker were more accommodating then she was! She was so mean and rude! Just horrible!! Whataburger should really be checking who they are putting in charge.

Very clean Wasaburger! The staff was friendly and the good came hot and fast. Food: 5/5

Our last visit wasn't perfect but it usually is, they were understaffed, but still fast and friendly.
