Whataburger - Laredo

I tried the new chili burger, and it was fantastic. However, the fries could use some improvement, and we had to remind the staff about our brownies, which they never ended up bringing us.

I always have a great experience here, but today one employee really stood out: Miss Edna. She was exceptionally polite, patient, and attentive. I just wanted to take a moment to thank her for a job well done. I wish more people were like Edna!

This place is incredibly clean! The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. As always, the Jalapeño burger and fries are fantastic! The restrooms are spotless, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Drive thru window service is awesome but like other fast food restaurants in laredo, something is always missing in my order.

I went last night 6/11/22, to this Whataburger at 11pm. When I started to eat, I notice the color of the meat was different and it had a horrible taste. The meat tasted horrible and I had to spit it out and took it to trash! The burger and cold fries went into the trash! Around 2am I woke up with severe stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. I got food poisoning from the burger meat. I will never go to Whataburger ever again!Whataburger executives and mangers need to start monitoring their stores so this won’t happen again!
