Subway - Laredo

04/27/2023 9:34PM I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than tonight I went in I was not rushed the young man was really nice I wish I could’ve gotten his name he had a awesome personality and eager to work he fixed the soda machine for us really happy with our experience

I really enjoy Subway, but this location doesn't seem to know how to properly make the Subway Melts. I've tried ordering them several times, hoping that eventually they would get it right, but it hasn't happened yet. They prepare it just like a regular sandwich, and the bread doesn't resemble a melt at all. I've been to other locations where the Subway Melts are made correctly and heated in a brown bag in the oven. Please, I urge you to learn how to make the Subway Melts because if you do, I would happily give a 5-star rating.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an unprofessional staff member. A woman with green earlobes from her fake Versace earrings displayed an unnecessary attitude when I requested a remake of my food. I even offered to pay for the substitutions, but she continued to be rude. She denied my request for a refund and expected me to accept a meal I did not order. It felt like a power trip from someone who clearly doesn’t have much authority, especially given that they make $7.25 an hour at Subway.

The female employee working on 10/19/2022 @3:40pm with glasses was very rude. And very stingy with everything. My husband got a meatball sub and there was close to no sauce. And she had awful customer service, like she was trying to boot us out of the restaurant while we were having our sandwiches made. I would recommend better customer service training.
