Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Laredo

The chicken was hot and fresh, and I enjoyed the red beans and rice along with some cookies. However, they forgot to include the apple cake I ordered and paid for. I only realized it after I got back to my room. Overall, I’d rate the food 5/5.

I always seem to be missing something from my order; this is the second time it's happened. I've tried calling the store, but no one picks up, no matter how many times I try. The service has been really disappointing.

This is a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. The food deserves a perfect score of 5/5!

They parked us and kept us waiting for 34 minutes until I asked about my order. It was prepared while waiting in the lobby.

In from out of town visiting and ild friend. Stop by around 9ish at night... Terrible service..had to wait.we order 5 pc family ... Had a side order red beans and rice. When we got to out hotel the side was the cheap Mash potatoes and the chicken no flavor and it was expensive....DO NOT GO HERE!
