Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Laredo

I placed an order and was told it would take about six minutes if I could pull up and park. After 15 minutes, I was informed it would be another 10 minutes. During this time, five other cars came and went, even though they also had to park. It felt like they had run out of chicken. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes, only to receive an order that was not exactly what I had requested. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I just went to grab some chicken tenders about 20 minutes ago, and I received three that were extremely dry and two that were raw and cold. I don’t have time to go back, so please be cautious about what you’re serving to customers. I understand it’s not expensive food, but it shouldn't be considered cheap either.

I ordered the 11-piece special and received only 8 wings and 3 chicken breasts. Seriously? They've just lost another customer! Goodbye!

1 little mess up on the order. No problem there. The chicken was not as heat hot as it could have been. The dinning room was not so clean.
