Cicis Pizza - Laredo

The service is excellent. They make me a specialty pizza fast and it was delicious. Everyone there are always cheerful and make you feel welcome. Maribel is always helpful and very friendly. Everyone greets you when you enter and they thank you when you leave.

Look at my previous response in regards to why this place could use a HUGE staff training rework. I do implore you if you have had a unpleasant experience to email the Cicis franchise owner for improvements, for whatever reason if nothing is done I'd follow chain of command. 1. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES 2. BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL 3. SMILE AS YOU ARE CONDUCTING YOUR SHIFT. 4. ASK IF YOUR GUESTS ARE FINISHED EATING *REALLY NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON* 5. PLEASE UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS A REPLACEMENT 6. UNDERPERFORMING WORK ETHICS WILL BE REPORTED TO FUTURE EMPLOYERS

I visited this place a few hours ago. I am from Monterrey and I’ve always heard good things about this restaurant. However, it was not how people pictured it. When I got there they had a huge line waiting to be seated, but my kids were insisting on eating pizza from this place. The cashier was really nice and welcomed us with a positive attitude, but when they gave us a table the place was a little bit chaotic. They did not have much variety on the pizzas and the service was slow and they ran out of pizza plenty of times during my visit. I would think twice about going back.

What happened?? CiCis pizza charging $10 for single buffet? I'm sorry CiCis, when you charged $5 it was spot on, but the quality of your pizza definitely is not worth what you are currently charging.

I am a pizza girl and I always visit Gainesville tx cicis pizza … but this in laredo Texas it’s the worst pizza place !! Cold pizza , soup taste like been there for a long time chairs need maintenance the one I was sitting it was broken.
