Hands down the best dinner I had in Laredo. Our server was very well designed and polite and told us the ingredients of each of our dishes. We started with the Quail Lollipops. You were great! I have no idea what the bed was made of, but the sauce combined with the quail was so good. My date had the herb-bellied salmon tonight. I tried and throttled the sauce on the salmon, letting the flavors come to a crazy level. All about her court was amazing from top to bottom. I chose Tomahawk Steak (medium rare) and let me just say that it is NOT disappointed! Extremely juicy, so delicate, and the taste was all there. It was served with a corn cream (it had chipotle and other things in it). I decided to try a little piece of corn on a piece of steak. The best decision I made so far in my life. That's all I'm gonna say. Everything about this visit was just breathtaking. I will highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance to give your thoughts like it mine.
