Starbucks - Larbert

Have been in a few times and each time was great never disappointed and girls are all beautiful and helpful. today again visited and again was very happy with the service I received was busy, but the three girls that served me went over and beyond, girls who made my coffee was friendly and chatty and was happy to answer my questions and advise me on milk alternative (I am lactose inlerant) would definitely recommend to visit.

Amazing experience! I couldn't recall the names of my drinks, but Sophie, the wonderful staff member, was incredibly helpful. With just a quick description, she instantly understood what I was looking for. My order was prepared and ready in just two minutes. This location is very well-managed and maintained, with a fantastic team on board.

I had a wonderful experience today. After losing my mother last week and accompanying my aunt for her check-up, it was refreshing to stop for a coffee and receive such excellent service. When you're in a difficult time like this, it's hard to know how to handle everything, so having a nice drink and being welcomed with a smile really makes a difference. I was quite nervous placing my order, but Sophie made me feel at ease. She double-checked to make sure the syrup I wanted was available and seemed genuinely attentive to her customers at FVRH. It was clear she enjoyed her role, and that made my visit even more enjoyable.

I’ve been in the hospital for over two weeks and visit this store every day. The service is always excellent, and the staff is friendly and well-mannered, always serving with a smile. The ladies there are wonderful!

Exceptional service, I was in a hurry and the girls, particularly Danni made the extra effort to serve me in a timely mannor allowing me to enjoy my refreshment on the bus. Delicious coffee served! 10/10
