Taco Bell - Laramie

This used to be a fantastic restaurant, but the service has declined due to a lack of staff. Additionally, there isn't any indoor dining available.

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco John’s. My orders are rarely accurate, and the food is often undercooked and inconsistent. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I requested no guacamole for my power bowls, but it seems that meant I only got sour cream. There were just 8 tiny pieces of chicken, and I didn’t even get any avocado ranch. Come on, guys—let's improve this!

I hung in the Laramie area for a few days recently and hit Taco John?s twice for a burrito. Delicious, quick and good service both times. Keeping in mind that it is indeed fast food, it is definitely better than Taco Hell.

I ordered a burrito online with several modifications, but it was made incorrectly. I went back in to request a remake and, while I was apologetic and friendly, they handled it perfectly. The service was outstanding—10/10! They even took the time to train someone at the window, and everything went smoothly. Kudos to the night shift staff!
