This place is the first place I've had sushi and hibachi in Wyoming and it didn't disappoint. I got the beef hibachi and bison topped sushi.

I go to Niko’s once a month or so and have for the past five years. I do try to go earlier in the evening because quality is noticeably lower during a rush, but still better than… others in town, even at its worst. Much more affordable than competitors, too. Quite reasonable. I always love the agedashi tofu and I like the spicy edamame, too. The firecracker roll is a favorite, though the simple salmon roll never fails me. The katsudon is delicious and filling if you’re not in the mood for sushi, but in my experience, the hibachi meals leave much to be desired. Go for their sushi. I haven’t had any roll, nigiri, or sashimi that wasn’t delicious. Service is generally pretty fast and friendly. Atmosphere is familiar to me at this point and therefore comforting (lots of associated memories), though it is a small space, so can feel cramped when busy. It’s one of the places I always recommend to new students or people passing through and looking for a place to eat because I can always rely on it.
