Fernando’s Mexican Grill - Laramie

This is the best place to go for a good meal on a budget! Honestly, this place has some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. I've never been disappointed with everything I ordered from here. I would argue that this place is an essential part of the experience at Wyoming University!

Feel like I'm authentic in Santa Ana California, as Mexican street food can be from Garden Grove CA and every time I get food here, I feel like home at Roberta's again thanking Fernandos that California Burrito and your pommes are like home. In any case will be happy to come back at any time I'm hungry

Ordered the almanza plate (25) it was amazing, huge, perfectly spicy and expertly prepared. If you love steak and shrimp and having more than enough for two meals this is for you. My wife had the chimichonga (19) it was huge, perfectly crispy covered with sour cream and Guacamole. Ate so much she needed a nap. Don't let the haters who like taco bell sway you, this IS the best mexican food in the area.

The shrimp was tasty, but the chicken was basically floating in oil. It was like a greasy stew. I realize a little oil is necessary to keep the meat from drying out, but this was just way too much.

Came for breakfast Burrito and was not disappointed. Food was hot, fresh, delicious and came in generous amounts. Salsa Bar was excellent. The staff was amazingly friendly and polite. The restaurant was very clean, including the toilet. Was absolutely fantastic. Will be a rule for certain.
