Coal Creek Coffee Downtown - Laramie

Perfect cozy little cafe with delicious coffee. Prices are fair and the staff are great. Very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is college town cafe-esque. We stopped on our drive home as well as our drive to Jackson Hole. Both times were well worth it. Drinks were perfect and the cookies were delicious. Definitely worth a stop if you are in town. I lived in Laramie 20 years ago and still return to visit. Coal Creek Coffee was and is my favorite coffee shop anywhere. The coffee and service is excellent, but it is also an important community space for artists and musicians. Many of my favorite memories from my grad student years were at Coal Creek’s live music and poetry readings. It was a welcoming place for me to study and meet people. Stepping in the door feels like coming home. Best espresso in Wyoming, too.

Coal creek is my go to coffee shop everytime I pass through Laramie. The hot snow and mocha bianca are incredible!
