Bernie's Méxican - Laramie

It took 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and after waiting for 25 minutes, I inquired about the status. They informed me it would be another 20 to 25 minutes. I decided to just pay for our sodas and leave.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Mexican food I've experienced so far. My enchiladas were drowned in a sauce that was basically just water. They turned out soggy and unappetizing; I couldn't finish my plate because everything was soaked.

The beans had a nice kick from the jalapeños. Overall, the meal was decent. The guacamole was excellent. The enchiladas were just okay, but the red sauce was enjoyable.

Loved this place, new in town and was so impressed with service and food. Highly recommend..

A small, family owned and operated business, as best as I could tell. It has a very laid-back ambiance that makes you feel welcome. Prices are good. While it did take a little while to get our food, we had a large group. Plus, this is small town Wyoming where life in general is a bit slower paced. Overall it was a great experience.
