Subway - Laplace

Rating is actually 0 stars. The owner of this location is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't listen before just exploding about what she can't do. Simple request to lightly toast the bread lead to I'm not taking your order. Ma'am after yourdisrespectful mouth I don't want to give you my money!!! Worst experience ever at any fast food establishment!!!

I'm back hooked on my tuna salads with all the fresh veggies. The employees have really been doing a great job making them exactly to order. Keep up the good work!

I placed a mobile order previously, and it was made incorrectly. I called in to put in a complaint, and Ms. Jovanna was polite and apologized. Then, she offered to replace the incorrect item. I love good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, it?show you respond to them that adds to your character. The employees are nice, but the product was not. Now, let?s talk about theadditional 30 minutes I had to wait for my food?just to get a pizza with the toppings falling off. So, at this point I thinkI?m done with this location. ?Only in LaPlace????????????

Service was a bit slow but very friendly and did a good job making my sandwiches

It?s the worst subway I have ever been. I got 4 slices of toasted beef instead of 6 as in other subways. They are maintaining cheap standard. Please don?t go to eat there.
