Kfc - Lapeer

Not sure whether it is employees who simply do not care or incompetent management. this situation can just do nothing right, my wife used running gear, although to pick up for dinner and specifically said the order taker she wanted a 3 piece extra crispy white meat just because I will not eat her dark meat....so I get a 3 piece extra crispy dark meat. Come on, this is a really simple task. then she ordered cookies and was said there is a 20-minute wait for cookies and this is at 5:00 dinner eile. what the devil is going on with you people who can't make your jobs prove? I understand that the labour market has provided the worst candidates to fill positions, but as management and property they must stand up and take responsibility over the inadequate and absolutely untrainable people on the labour market today.

It would be nice if I had orders from all of me. no serious and no mac and cheese. came all the way from dryden. did not go back so high

Yesterday, the drive-thru service at Dru was disappointing. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a large Dr. Pepper. When we started eating our sandwiches and tried the Dr. Pepper, we realized it was just carbonated water with no syrup. It was really disappointing that this mistake wasn't caught when my order was filled on 3/26. Unreal.

We have been to this restaurant three times now and each time they have forgotten something in our order. Additionally, there are three different paintings hanging on the walls.

I ordered a combo meal and they forgot to include the side sauce. There were no fries or sauce, but they did give me plenty of napkins. The meal consisted of just chicken and a cookie.
