The dishes are quite delicious and unique, with the noodles being chewier than traditional pho, reminiscent of the soft rice noodles used in Chinese-style wonton noodle soup found in Saigon. The broth is somewhat thick, but if you prefer it thinner, just let the chef know. The broth is very flavorful, and it pairs well with the sweet and sour green papaya salad, which enhances the overall taste.
It was my first time trying this dish, and I found the name quite unfamiliar. Unfortunately, it didn't quite suit my taste. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick and attentive, though it felt a bit damp and dim. As for the prices, I can't comment since I was invited. Overall, I think you should give it a try, but I personally didn't find it very exciting.
Delicious food and friendly staff, but the seating is a bit cramped.
