Taco Bell - Lantana

The WORST location that ever visits the franchise location. Food quality and customer service are terrible. The staff screamed and complained each other while I was standing there. There were employees NOT wearing mask during COVID-19 time. I asked for her pommes and they served the order in Locos Tacos containers... when they came back, they served the order back in smashed package. Also with name on the order, the employee handed over another customer. Why or how are they still open?

Did not give me what I ordered and not taste the best

Taco bell is a perfect meal. I even forgive them to remove good menu items.

They are skimping on portions now but the price just keeps going up.

Food seems old and tortillas are always crispy never soft, food portion sucks. Don't worry about Queen, they don't know how to cut it, although the bag clearly shows how to cut it, they are also with barely and cheese or sauce dry. Staff are as bad as eating
