We were a party of eight foods on New Year's Eve. The restaurant had a special multilingual meal with champagne. The service and quality of food was amazing; each dish was wonderful, and everyone really enjoyed the palate cleaner (raspberry sorbet with a flour of Sobieski Vodka) and the dessert (that was several different miniature desserts in a beautiful arrangement. The owner often came to the table to check for our meal, recommend wine pairings, and ensure that the last minute vegetarian substitution was satisfactory for my eleven year old daughter (it was...and the homemade Pierogis were particularly appreciated). The atmosphere was festive, but family oriented, and the staff made the night special. The finale was a selection of the wonderful local cheeses. You can choose as many as you want to rehearse, and the discs were generous. I would definitely return.
We went here on the first day of our hols, late lunch three hungry kids. Attentive service if not massively friendly, but that’s absolutely fine. Kids menus were great value, home made chips and burgers, our salads were big and tasty, good wine list and the desserts looked great! Definitely in contrast to la Bergerie go here it’s streets ahead.
When my family was staying in this resort we ate here twice. It was definitely my favourite. The service and the food I could not fault. We had the lunch time menu once it was a posh cottage pie. The second more of a German meal pork four ways with sauerkraut. Every time you get a selection of deserts to try. I would book if I was you, that way you want miss out. I would definitely recommend, best restaurant in the area.
