Sonic Drive-in - Lansing

The restaurant is in terrible condition. While the staff isn’t to blame, many of the stalls were out of order. The parking lot nearly resembles a sinkhole. Additionally, having to repeat your order multiple times only for it to be wrong, followed by arguments, is incredibly frustrating. I recall working in customer service and always asking, “How can I make this right for you?” When I ordered a chicken sandwich, the response was, “Oh, you did?”

This particular is understaffed, not very friendly, and the cashier thinks talking over me instead of listening is good customer service?????????????? fodd was not fresh either.

I recall a time when they would open the box to show customers their pizza as a sort of quality check, but that didn’t happen either. The young woman behind the counter handed me a sausage pizza instead of what I ordered. In all my visits, I had never been given the wrong order before, so it was disappointing to see someone drop the ball tonight. After I paid, I asked the girl for napkins, and she handed me just four. Her indifferent attitude really bothered me. After driving all the way back home to Lansing, I realized that the pizza was incorrect. When I tried to call to address the issue, the first person who answered immediately hung up on me. I tried again and encountered a busy signal for nearly ten minutes. Finally, I got through and spoke with the manager, who wanted me to return the pizza for an exchange. I told him that given the current gas prices, that request was unreasonable. I couldn’t believe he wouldn’t offer me credit for a future order instead. I can't imagine they would actually take back a pizza from a customer—are you kidding me? In this day and age, I wouldn't be surprised if they resold it, which would likely violate health codes due to COVID-19! In short, I’m willing to pay a bit more for pizza from Casey’s or Papa Murphy’s. I definitely won’t be returning to this establishment ever again!

I stopped by for a quick snack while running errands. It seems they’re currently unable to get cheddar bites from their supplier, so I opted for tater tots with cheese instead. The place wasn’t busy, but I still had to wait over five minutes for my order, and when it arrived, it was burnt. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and my sweet tea was delicious.

The load is a maintenance catastrophe, not the workers owe, but stand that do not work. almost sunkable parking space. even if they have to repeat several times, the order is still wrong and they argue with them. ah. I remember how good to work and how to be, how can I do that for them. I ordered a chicken sandwich. ah?
