Reno's West - Lansing

Took a really long time to get our drinks. When we got them 2 of the beers were flat, one of them was a short when we ordered a tall, we asked for cherries in one of the beers and they didnt put them in there. we also asked for waters and they forgot them. When we ordered food they told us the oven wasn't working, narrowing the menu down significantly and when the food came, one of the orders was still wrong. When the checks came, I had one beer and the waitress charged me for the wrong beer. Once I got the correct check, I paid $6.50 for a flat Sam Adam's Dummer Ale that was flat.

Update: Decided to give them a second chance. Service little better than first visit but only average. Happy hour liquor decent value. Two of us ordered food. Not good and way overpriced for what you got. Still one star. Original review: Service at patio bar bad. Sat 7 minutes with empty glass while bartender, severers and someone who looked like a manager were laughing talking and having a good time. It's not that I am against staff having a good time. I am against them doing it when customers need service.

We’ve been here for well over an hour and still have not received our food. Out of 4 drinks ordered, two have been wrong (we were charged for one of the wrong drinks). Please schedule more than 2 servers to work on Sunday evening! Our waitress is working hard, but it’s impossible for her to keep up. Update: we got our food and my husband’s burger was burnt, managed to eat half of it. We won’t be coming back for dinner; not worth $65!!! Also, super dirty. The limited staff does not have time to clean.

They love the terrace in renos west. eating and drinks are always good. perfect place for a summer dinner. they often have live music. the mac and cheese bites are amazing! if I have a complaint, it would sometimes be that the service can be slow, depending on how busy they are.
