Reno's North Sports - Lansing

This establishment was recommended by the desk clerk of the hotel where I was residing. They also provided a coupon for a free appetizer. The appetizer was a small sampler. I ordered the carmelized salmon with the potatoes. This dish was delicious! It has this tarty brown drizzle; it may be malt vinegar or something. I later ordered the chocolate decedance to go because I wanted something sweet,but couldn't eat it right then. This is a good place to eat and they also provide military a discount. If I'm ever in town I will visit here again. The wait staff was ok, nothing stood out they did their job. Great for my first visit, no issues.....

I visited on a Sunday and loved the 25-ounce Bud for just $3.00! What a great deal! The Sunday menu featured salmon and chicken tenders, both of which were delicious. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was also massive and tasty. I found the collection of Michigan State pictures, rings, and other memorabilia to be quite fascinating. We definitely plan to come back!

This large restaurant features a banquet area, an expansive bar that wraps around the serving station with high-top tables, and booth seating away from the bar. Although I haven't visited during a major sports event, I appreciate the atmosphere; there's plenty of room for everyone to find their ideal spot. Prices for food start at around $9, but daily specials offer discounts on specific items (the Burger and Beer Monday deal is fantastic!). The menu includes comfort food, classic bar options, and some trendy lunch bowls. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and I’ve consistently received excellent service from the bartenders. It's definitely a fun place to hang out, even when the Spartans aren't playing. I plan to consider Spartan Hall of Fame Café for catering at my workplace this year!

I came a week or so ago for the first time. Never will be back. I understand things are rough with covid running rampant, but it wasn't only the slow service that disappointed me. The behavior of the employees was concerning. The waitress that served our table was acting very erratic strange. Couldn't seem to get out order right or bring it out in any decent amount of time yet the place was basically empty. Ive worked in restaurants for years so I know the culture that goes along with that job. There's something odd going on here with some of the staff. Did not seem in the right state of mind to say the least. I requested to speak to a manager and watched her walk around the restaurant the entire time I was there continuing to ignore our table. Eventually paid my bill just left never will return.

Nice atmosphere and good food! Their seasonal alcohol apple cider was really good! I liked it! Their fish and chips and the shrimp salad were good!
