My Chicken was fresh an hot. But my popcorn shrimp was hard an not..

Horrible service! 45 minutes in line, only 2 cars infront of me… got to the window specified that I wanted all dark, they told me that I would have to wait for all dark as they needed to cook more, I waited, I had already waited 45 minutes so hey why not! They gave my order to me about 15 minutes later and gave me a mix of white and dark I refused the food, got my money back and went elsewhere. If I could rate them a Zero I would!

Crispy fresh chicken macaroni and cheese to die for fries and coleslaw fresh service quick staff was very nice got the 16pc order with three sides oh and popcorn shrimp it was delicious

Why has this Popeyes been in a constant state of disarray for like a year now? How is it even possible for the wait to last up to an hour? What is even going on?
