Ashley is on my quitting, super brilliant customer service. the order was correct and fresh. I'll be back when I work in lansing.

I had not read some so good reviews about this place. but our experience was great! we have an 8-part family meal, with red beans and tears as side. between us we get 3 or 4 meals from it. have the mild version of the huh and liked it better than kfc. the side was also very delicious. so everything in a great experience!

Eating is always good, but the workers here were always blah. they do not thank you, they hardly speak at all, they always hurry when you command (is this all? interrupting when they still order, they have tons of employees and they are always talking and ignore the window while they are waiting for her. (Don't go here when they're in a hurry and always check their pocket before they go because more than likely something is missing. this time it was the bathroom for my nuggets, which makes the meal in the grunde so I couldn't enjoy it.

The dining experience was hit or miss. At times, everything was hot and fresh, while other times it fell short. The cookies were clearly pre-made, as they were hard. I placed my order right away, but I noticed three cars in the drive-thru received their orders and were eating while I was still waiting for mine.

The service was incredibly rude. We placed an online order, but when we arrived, we were told that this location doesn't accept online orders after 8 PM. We had to dispute the transaction and place a new order. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and they were even out of fries. I’m giving it 2 stars only because their sandwiches are excellent.
