Penn Station East Coast Subs - Lansing

Great customer service and good is always fresh. They were under staffed when I went but the girl ran her tail off to make sure everyone was taken care of.

The food was flavorful, but the amount of filling per bread was weak. Service was ok, but a couple orders that came in after us were finished ahead of ours. It was a middle of the road experience. Not bad, not great. Also should update your payment methods to accept phone touch payments.

There is an employee here who is always masked up. He says Mask Up, We 're All Going To DIE!!!! I asked this

I wish I would have taken a picture of what they decided was a sandwich. The fries were hard as a rock. And the salad. $9.29 for about 2 cups of lettuce, if that, and maybe 2-4 ounces of diced chicken. Let me not forget, they fulfilled 5 orders after they gave me my sandwich, before they gave us the picture salad. I don't know what happened at this location. It used to be my go to place for lunch. I'll never dine in again either. Filthy restroom. And the tables were sticky awful. I was looking forward to eating there, such a disappointment today. I won't be back. $31 throw away.

Yea....this might have been one of the worst experience at a penn station. And won't come back. I just think there needs to be better training. Had to walk out of there after placing order. Ordered sandwich...the young man taking order, also made the food which is fine...my issue was he took the raw chicken with his hands(with plastic gloves) and used the same hands to handle the bread before cutting. Talk about cross contamination...disappointed...handled the bread and the cheese with the same hand as the raw chicken. Yea I'm good. Had to go. Got to be better guys. Treat it like your food. You can get people sick
