Marco's Pizza - Lansing

Every time I order online for curbside pickup, there always seems to be an issue. The most recent time, I ordered a salad. After arriving and informing the app that I had arrived, I waited for at least 10 minutes with no one bringing my food out. I eventually went inside and found them scrambling to prepare my salad, even though the app had indicated it was ready. To top it off, they had forgotten to include the croutons and the extra chicken I had paid for seemed to be the standard amount. The overall chaos at the restaurant was quite concerning.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately the older gentleman working the register lacks the necessary skills and customer service attitude. He appeared to be agitated and unprofessional, coming across as rude and indifferent. It's a shame, as I will not be returning due to this negative experience.

I went to this restaurant and noticed the guy working at the front counter kept rubbing and wiping his face without washing his hands. I saw him make 4 pizzas and it was a bit concerning. I think I'll pass on eating here, his behavior was pretty off-putting.

Marco?s is some of the best pizza in town, but this isn?t the best location to get it. My orders have been hit and miss since I started using this location. Check ahead to make sure they aren?t missing ingredients (I ordered online and arrived to a pizzamissing ingredients). Also, double check your order, they often forget things. Don?t count on the lettuce being fresh for yoursalad, often it is slimy and brown (see picture). I may give them another chance some day, but I?ll probably just order fromanother location from now on.

We ordered a LARGE pizza with pep with extra cheese (no extra cheese on it) and was given a medium when we took it back in the rude little girl said it's only a two inch difference. The guy I'm assuming the manager was also rude. Have had a bad experiencethe last two times we have tried to order from here. Worth the drive to Okemos. $12 carry out medium pizza.
