Contribuiți la feedbackThe last two times we stopped were a disaster. No one ever came into the Drive-Thru window, not even to tell us that it was closed (also an employee who ignored us). This time there was a long line and nobody came. But when we walked in, there were two workers who were less than productive, and at least 4 customers waiting that were not helped. We decided to eat somewhere else.
I've got a 45-minute lunch and they've taken the whole time to get someone through the line. As soon as you move up, they totally ignore you go the window carefully did not happen to make eye contact. Finally, after waiting here for a long time, I called the store and it took ages to get to the phone as they run up to the window so that I hanged up and tried to order. They told me it was 10 minutes when they put the food in the oven. Why that wasn't done when it's obviously lunchtime, I don't know. The employee gave me a face like he hates his job. So I'm gonna be late for work and I still don't have food. The service does not deserve stars. And they offered no compensation for the long wait.
I have ordered my pizzas as I always do, and I say it will be ready in about 20 minutes. So I was and gave 25-30 minutes, I'm coming to the restaurant and there are other people waiting for me, maybe I'm waiting for an extra 10 minutes, and I'm telling the guy behind the counter my name and he says okay, and go out! Let me stand for 20 minutes. Bad service and they did nothing to make it right.
I especially come to this place because they are usually quite good. Tonight was another story. They did not answer the phone to take an order, so we went in and ordered it took about an hour to get the order. once at home 2 pizzas are teig, so they try to push the pizza through the oven, to speed up orders and not cook enough. This is really not the general staff, they had little general staff, this is on the management for an underoccupied shop with a clear lack of understanding the pre-night flush prep.
I had a mobile order they forgot half of my items. When I let them know half my order wasn?t there the guy was rude and told me I needed a receipt. The top of the box had the whole order printed on it. Staff seemed bother to have to help the customers.
