Cottage Inn Pizza Downtown Lansing

Usually great service and phone etiquette, this evening, ordered a large pizza, $27 including tip. Opened the box to indulge, the slices were ALL WHACKED, very small and HUGE slices wth! Called to inform the manager, just to communicate the issue, not wanting any resolution, but let the person aware...(if I had ordered for a group of guests, choosing this location for delivery, embarrassing)....he claims to the manager (joe...you suck) no nothing for personality or remorse, you need customer support classes, seriously! No compassion or value to your customers ordering from this location! Calling YOUR corporate tomorrow for your lack!! Educate your professional mentality it helps.

The food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive and was cold. It seems like either the pizza went on a long journey before reaching us, or it left the restaurant cold. Either way, it was a disappointing pizza experience. Next time, I'll stick to Sir Pizza.

This restaurant always satisfies my craving for bread. I regularly order either cinnamon sticks, garlic cheese bread, or everything innstixs from here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer vegetarian options with vegan cheese available. Regarding dietary restrictions, they do not use Parmesan. Parking can be paid during the day, but it is free at night and on weekends. I usually go at night and on weekends for pickup, so I take advantage of the free parking.

I had a great first experience at this restaurant, but it was followed by a disappointing one. I was looking forward to ordering wings, but the last time I got them they were small, broken, and had no meat on the bones. Although my first visit was good, the high prices for food make it difficult for me to justify returning. I can't pay $1 per wing and not have it be worth it. This place serves pizza and wings, but it lacks attention to food quality. I may have to start cooking my own meals again.
