Very nice discovery! We had been very well received, the servers are pleasant and professional. Bravo to cooks for the quality of the meal. It's a very charming place to advise!
Friendly, charming and efficient staff. The dishes are seasonal and well cooked, to note the good value of the menu.
Good enough food for this restaurant. The waitress directed me (dressing? to the (chers ris de veau (29€). It was actually a good advice because they are served generously, well cooked with butter and well seasoned, served with mache, cabbage. Half camembert in the oven will delight fondu cheese lovers. The St James shells served in caquelon are good thanks to a thick sauce with a rather dominant taste that masks a little too the delicate flavor of St James. On the other hand, the persillad knives were less successful, with the knives being too rubbery a sign of too long cooking perhaps due to the fact that they were cooked frozen. Too bad. The accompanying potatoes had hardened skin which is a defect in the conservation and/or cooking of the potato. Maybe they were warmed after a pre-cooking with a cold passage. Too bad. The dessert was an amann kouign in leafy paste according to the waitress (the original recipe is a processed bread dough as a leafy dough with inserts of butter 1/2 salt and sugar. Very good The restaurant room is pleasant and warm with a nice ceiling and tables related. A daily menu and 3 suggestions that can be inserted into the menu are proposed this day (including old calfskin kidneys). The service is professional and pleasant.
Excellent kitchen. I had the opportunity to come several times in this restaurant and always as much fun. I strongly recommend.
