A few years ago, we requested a margherita pizza made to our specifications during a trip to Italy, and they were the only local pizza company willing to accommodate us. However, it appears that the company has changed since then. In our recent order, there were mistakes, missing items, soft drinks, and burnt pizzas. The overall quality has significantly declined. When I ordered a vegetarian pizza for a guest from Western Australia, the pizza she received was nothing more than a simple margherita with an overcooked base, minimal cheese, and a scant amount of tomato paste. I expressed my concerns, but was told that I had ordered a margherita. Despite having witnesses who heard me request a vegetarian pizza, the mistake was not rectified. The ordering process took almost 8 minutes on the phone, and the order took over an hour and a half to arrive. This was the fourth time we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but there will be no more chances given. I recommend trying another pizza shop with better quality and service.
Here's the thing, this place started out as excellent. a couple of years ago, we returned fro a trip to Italy and Oz Pizza Langwarrin were the only local pizza company who would make a marguerita to our specifications. Wonderful. It would seem that the company has new owners as over the last few orders, there have been mistakes, missing items (soft drinks) and burnt pizzas. In general the quality has dropped substantially and tonight when I ordered a Vegetarian pizza for a visiting guest from WA, her Pizza was nothing more than a simple, very simple basic margarita consisting of an overcooked base with a little cheese? and a basic swipe of tomato paste. If I was purchasing this over the counter I would have rejected or returned it. I rang to voice my concern and was told that I had ordered a margarita (?) I have two witnesses who heard me request a Vegetarian pizza. I won't go into the delays that resulted in the ordering process taking almost 8 minutes on the phone, but suffice to say that very recently the order took over and hour and a half to arrive. Tonight was the fourth time I have given them the benefit of the doubt and I am not sorry to say that there will not be another. Try someone else. there are plenty of other Pizza shops willing to compete with better quality.
I began my experience at this restaurant with a deliciously strong takeout coffee. The weekend brunch offerings were a highlight, with a fantastic big breakfast option and a variety of lighter, smaller choices to choose from.
This cafe is the perfect spot for recharging your devices while enjoying a coffee, thanks to its abundance of powerpoints.
After "blacklisting" this place many years back when they changed owner and good quality went to dirt, we decided to give this place one final chance.
