"Do what you love" Jen, the owner truly embodies that philosophy! Her love for burritos, music, travel, and life shines through in every dish.
I recently visited Gypsy Trunk at my town's annual May Day fair and I was blown away! The vegetarian and vegan options were amazing and I am absolutely smitten with this place.
I can't praise this unassuming food cart enough.
