Tacotime Kildonan Place - Langley

Went here to grab dinner yesterday afternoon as the snow started to fall. Ordered a super beef burrito, regular beef burrito, two large next fries, and 4 soft beef tacos for the family. Had a feeling I should check the bag but didn?t. Finally got home over an hour later in the snow. Pulled everything out only to see the super beef burrito was missing Super f?ing annoying and I won?t be going to this location again! 4-5 workers made my order and still messed it up

I visited this location with 15 minutes to spare before the mall closed. The supervisor noticed I had cash and told me they don’t accept it. No problem, I said, as I had a card. I placed my order with the customer service representative, but then the supervisor informed the cashier that they were out of fajitas. I adjusted my order, only to be told they didn’t have rice for the burrito. After that, I was told they also didn’t have beans. It felt like the supervisor just wanted to close early and didn’t want to serve us. If she had simply said they were closing, I would have left without issue. It was a frustrating experience, and I don’t usually complain, but this interaction felt like a pointless five-minute back-and-forth.

The food was great! I just wish it were located outside the mall instead.

The food is overpriced for what you receive. They charge an additional 60 cents per taco just to add sour cream, which seems excessive. There are much better choices available in the food court. I wanted to give it a chance, but the staff didn’t even offer ketchup or hot sauce with the fries. I won’t be returning.

This restaurant used to serve delicious meals with generous portions. However, I had a quick dinner here on a Friday night, and the taco meat lacked flavor. Additionally, the toppings were quite sparse, especially the cheese, considering the price I paid. I think I'll skip it next time.
