Sprinklz Ice Cream Parlor And Coffee Shop

We love stopping here every summer! The shop has lots of cute candies and treats and the ice cream is delish! There are definitely cheaper places to get a treat, but we enjoy getting a cone and walking along the water so to us it’s worth it!

During our vacation in the area, we decided to treat ourselves at this restaurant. We ordered an Espresso Explosion and a Crunch Berry milkshake. However, we had to request for our table to be cleaned, and the staff member who came to do so seemed uncomfortable doing it with our dog nearby. Despite being well-behaved, we were stared at until we moved our dog, which was not very dog-friendly. The patio area was small, making it difficult to accommodate our dogs. We were also not informed about the pup cups, which, based on other reviews, are offered for free. The menu was confusing and prices were not easy to find. When we went to pay, we were surprised to find out that the two milkshakes cost over $20.00 US. The Espresso shake was alright, but the Crunch Berry shake lacked the berry flavor and color it promised. Additionally, there were strange crunchy pieces at the bottom of the cup that did not belong to Captain Crunch cereal. The service was lackluster, similar to what you'd expect from a drive-through restaurant. The location was cute and had a nice view, but our overall experience was subpar. We regret not speaking up and getting a refund while we were there. Unfortunately, one shake ended up in the garbage, which was disappointing considering the price we paid in Canadian dollars.

$8 for a cone and the audacity to ask for 20% tip minimum. Grab a better cone from the grocery store across the street.

Although a bit expensive, the restaurant is worth the price. It is located near some charming shops that are great for browsing. The Spiced chai milkshake was excellent!
