The restaurant is located above, so it is difficult to recognize that it is full of customers and has very lively and posh vibe. I could only get at the bar table as it was booked on Saturday night. The burger was quite high, but drinks were too sweet for my taste. Icecream was too sweet and I probably wouldn't get desserts. Service was very nice and welcoming.
If you're an islander, you know this place. If you're a residential care weekend, you need to get to know this place. Prima Bistro is not a French food, but more like French-Pacific Northwest Fusion cuisine. The restaurant is located on the Whidbey Island from Langley and is a staircase up to the second floor, which has a balcony overlooking the ocean and a deep dining room. The mussels chorizo entree was delicious a generous portion. The well seasoned, slightly spicy chorizo overwhelmed the shells. The juice is excellent for bread diving. The French onion soup was unique and not the typical standard would be expected, but delicious nevertheless. The Croque Monsieur had a juicy ham with fine but tasty dijon taste. The calamari fritti was perfectly prepared and the harissa rouille was great! Last time I visited 11 years ago. I'm glad this place is still here. The food is still excellent. The waitress is professional, friendly, attentive friendly. The interior has a theatre vibe and the sea view is so NW. Support your local small businesses independent restaurants
This french restaurant is a hidden treasure in Whidbey island. We had a wait time of about 45 mins on Sunday evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We ordered clamps, muscles and veggies, wine and desserts. The clamps were perfectly cooked with tomatoes, herbs and pork, the muscles were the best too, cooked with celery, garlic, onions. The wine tasted so well with the food. The desserts are a must try! The hazelnut chocolate moose was a perfect end to our delicious dinner. Definitely going to this place again.
