Malaysia - Langkawi

My partner and I went to this restaurant for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. It's a cozy little spot that offers delicious and filling meals. You start off with a plate of rice and then help yourself to either the vegetarian or meat dishes, which are clearly marked. The food is flavorful and authentic, and the staff are friendly. It's a self-serve style restaurant without table service. This place is a great find for vegetarians, and the best part is the affordable price. We paid a total of 25 MYR for a fresh coconut and our meals, which I estimate to be around 12 MYR each. It can be a bit tricky to find, as it's not located near the Hotel Malaysia building, but on the main road across from Marrybrown in the Cineplex/shopping center. We will definitely be returning.

Things have really changed and improved over the years,since the last time I visited this place.The restaurant is clean and they offer a wide range of Banana leaf rice as well as other food items like Roti canai and dessert. Overall,a lifesaver as we managed to get to eat some decent meals a few times.Price is reasonable for they fare they serve.

Good Indian food in Langkawi! Reasonably priced food. Tasty and hot spicy Indian food. We family of 6 ate rice with dishes it was rm28 with yummy tea and vadai. Was a treat for Malaysians who look for local food.

Nothing to rave about the food and drinks. But the 1 side of the restaurant is dirty. Since the other side is full, we have no choice. We have 3 elderly person in the group and we need vegetarian option. I am not coming here anymore.

The Indian food which was served on a Banana leaf at this restaurant was good but the ambience interior of the restaurant is old. Needs a facelift, if you don’t mind the ambiance, you’ll enjoy the food very much. All food items on display was very fresh. They have separated the vegetarian food from the non vegetarian food which is really helpful for the vegetarians. I highly recommend this place for its food.
