Einstein Bros. Bagels - LANGHORNE

I was quite disappointed with my experience. Normally, I order from the store that's closer to me, but the order ahead option wasn’t available this morning. We placed our order in advance and drove to this location, only to find that there was no check-in option upon our arrival. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my order, even after a 15-minute drive. When I finally got home, I discovered that my bagel was not even the right one. Overall, this visit was very disappointing.

This is the worst bagel shop. We used to enjoy coming here, but the quality of the bagels has declined significantly, and it seems like they don’t care about what they serve to customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I am consistently disappointed in this place. Put an online order to pick up, but when I arrived (almost 30 minutes after the order), the employee said that they do not see my order even come through. I had to wait for it to be made just to find the two halves of my bagel melt stacked on top of each other, with cheese over the container instead of on the bagel.

This store decided to randomly close on Mother?s Day morning. There was a crowd of people at the door confused why it?s closed. The lights were on, and it looked like staff was there. People then dispersed annoyed. It is unreliable to go here, they close randomly at any time, the store hours sign is worthless.

(EDIT....4/29/22 ...... I'M DONE. I tried again..... all I asked for is my breakfast sandwich bagel to be extra toasted. As usual NO, didn't happen bagel is barely warm, egg and cheese is barely warm..... I'd rather drive a few more minutes to a real place. I will say the service very friendly always. Ugh I can't eat this. I"m going to Burger King right now oh well I'll spend on breakfast twice today but at least Burger King will get it right... HORRIBLE sandwich. I never wrote online reviews but for some reason after this sandwich I felt, why not. The Ham Swiss Egg sandwich, was terrible. Bagel was *barely* toasted it was dry. At other Einsteins the Bagel is TOASTED, crispy, hot and great. The egg was one that had been sitting dry, n0t even lukewarm at other Einsteins the egg is rather fresh. Ham was cool. Cheese was good. I didn't want to take it back in after I had already kethupped the wrapping (I use it as a tray in my car . I'm a fatty who usually would finish every last crumb and regret I'm not allowed to eat more. But I left half of it. Yes, it was the morning but honestly there were (3 customers other than me tops. It's not like a thick steak that wasn't cooked enough that's understandable. But toasting a bagel? Not letting an egg sit around? Honestly, a Croissanwich or McD Steak Egg Bagel would've been better.
