Salty's Fish & Chips - Langford

Spouse and I especially love British-style fish and chips. Spouse enjoys Halibut and chips with a side of Prawns and I always have the Haddock chips. The food is consistently well prepared and delicious at Salty's. The chips remind us of the chip-truck chips we used to enjoy in Ottawa (there are none better). The restaurant is impeccably clean and Heather, our usual server, is always pleasant. Altogether a great dining experience.

Three of us had a nice lunch at Salty's in Langford. The food was great, and the onion rings were pretty much the best we have had. Our server was a nice young lady named Milo Swift. It is not often that a wait person makes a good meal better, but this time Milo did. Thanks Milo!

Went to order from their website menu for pick up and when found when we got there is was 30 percent more than advertised price. Never going back!!

Us: We only received half of our order. Salty's response: Yes, we realized that after it was sent out. Us: Please send the rest of our order. Salty's: No, the driver will not be paid for another delivery. You can apply for a credit online with Skip the Dishes. Us: You made the mistake, so you should fix it and cover the delivery cost. Salty's Manager: This is a third-party order. What do you want me to do, personally deliver it to you in a taxi? (Sarcastically) Overall, the customer service at this restaurant was rude and uncooperative, leaving us extremely disappointed.

We had lunch at this restaurant and it was enjoyable. The halibut we ordered was delicious. The interior decor is simple, but that didn't affect our dining experience much.
