Salty's Fish And Chips - Langford

If fish were hotdogs, I'd be a halibut of a Weiner! I'm definitely rolling back to stuff my buns again!

Had the cod. Fish and chips were excellent. Then I got the bill and realized the gravy added four dollars to the bill and two cups of coffee added almost seven dollars more. Well played....but aren't repeat customers where the money is?

Good portion size, price and service. The fish and chips were pretty good. Fries weren’t my favourite for some reason. The tartar sauce and coleslaw was good, as well as the shrimp!

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but they’ve messed up multiple takeout orders. If it was McDonalds I would probably just shrug it off, but Saltys is really expensive. I’ve ordered halibut $32.50) and received cod $26.50) instead. Today I ordered a 2 piece halibut and chips $32.50) and received a 1 piece $18.50). At this point they’re pretty much just stealing from their customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to stop in for fish and chips. The coleslaw was excellent along with the shrimp, down to the gravy. Will definitely be back when I head down island again. Thanks.
