Tim Hortons - Langdon

Thanks for giving me a hazelnut cold brew when i asked for a vanilla cold brew and almost killing me today!!!!!!I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, how can you mess up coffee syrups and not care when I specifically said I'm allergic to nuts.

Tim Hortons in langdon almost killed my wife. She told them she had nut allergies. She ordered a vanilla cold brew and the gave her a hazelnut cold brew instead. She had drank half the cup and went into anaphylactic shock and the ambulance had to be called and rushed her to PLC in NW Calgary. Never again. Be careful what they serve you if you have any allergies.

OK I have going to the same Tim's and I spend 25.00 to 30.00 dollars every morning. And the last 3 times they have missed 1 or 2 of my breakfast sandwichs it is very frustrating.i really don't have time to go back to make it right .so what should I do?

10/10. This is the best location I've been to in Canada when it comes to how their food drinks taste. love these

This used to be one of the best tim hortons I've ever been to as far as food quality goes, but the last few times I've gone, it seems the food has not been as good and has been more poorly made. Hope they can get back to normal soon because it really was a great time!
