Exceptional slow service, not polite on the window and no ketchup or straw in the bag. The food was hot at least, but my onion rings were all stuck together in a pile. I don't see an excuse for this kind of service, especially considering that it wasn't during peak hours and there was no other in line with me. I can't imagine I'm returning.

They spelt my name wrong on my birthday cake. But the cake was still good.

Stopped for a double burger meal today on my way back from Calgary. I like the taste of beef, so only get onions on my burgers. They held all condiments on my burger and charged me .29 cents for onions?? Have never had that happen. I always get extra onions at McDonalds, and it’s never an up charge. Had about 3 or 4 crispy onion rings in my order, the rest were soggy. The young lady at the window was very friendly, and agreed with me on the onion up-charge. The meal was disappointing, I think in the future I’ll wait until I get to Strathmore for my fast food.
