Dairy Queen - Langdon

The staff at this restaurant was very unprofessional. They were joking around and not paying attention while taking our order, which resulted in mistakes. They even forgot to flip my son's blizzard before handing it to him. When my son pointed it out, the staff yelled at the employee who made the mistake and acted as if they couldn’t rectify the situation.

The manager consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our children are happy.

I can't find enough reasons to give them a perfect 5-star rating due to the service provided by different staff members. While some are decent, others just don't meet expectations.
